Academics

At Weizmann Day School, we are committed to maintaining small class sizes and to differentiated teaching strategies that fit individual students' educational and social development.

Students learn core skills in an integrated curriculum that includes reading, writing, literature, mathematics, science, computers, social studies, art, music, physical education, Hebrew language, and Judaic studies.

At all grade levels, our specialized programs in Fine Arts, Music, and Technology instruction supplement and enrich the academic curriculum. From kindergarten through sixth grade, students participate in ongoing art and music workshops, classes in art and music appreciation and comprehensive computer instruction. On-line access and other technological resources are available in every classroom and are consistently integrated into the students' daily studies and projects.

Our entire staff is credentialed in their subject areas.  All of our staff have college degrees, and six hold post-graduate degrees. All Weizmann staff are certified in First Aid and CPR.
